Cancellation Policy

The customer will be assumed to have accepted the rental contract unconditionally unless AirPlay and Entertainment cancels the reservation or a customer claims that either is a medical emergency has occurred, weather conditions are not suitable, or an unforeseen emergency has arose and AirPlay & Entertainment has been made aware within 24 hours from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for producing factual evidence of occurrence. In such circumstance, the deposit is fully refundable. Otherwise, the initial deposit is non-refundable. The Contract ends on the date of delivery after equipment has been picked up unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract prior to service completion, the customer is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.
